“A few things need attention before the site can go live.”

Before publishing, every page is checked. If something would not work on the internet, the website is not published, and you see a list of what needs attention.

  1. Copy the list.
  2. Open “Tasks” and press “New task”.
  3. Paste the list and ask: “Please fix these so the website can be published.”
  4. When your assistant has finished, publish again.

Section titled “Too many new accounts from this internet connection”

Your assistant says this website cannot be published

Section titled “Your assistant says this website cannot be published”

Your assistant looks only for what would be against the law, and it tells you what it found. If this is a mistake, change the text and press “Try again”, or write to us at hello@tsurito.com and a person will look at it.

Read Your account is paused or closed.

Your free websites share 500 MB of space. A website with a subscription has 2 GB of its own, and beyond it carries on with a small extra for each further 2 GB, unless you chose to stop it at the limit. Read Limits and extras. Very large photos use space quickly. Ask your assistant to make the photos smaller, or remove the ones you do not use.

Check your internet connection, and press “Publish” again. Nothing goes online until every file has arrived, so a stopped publication never leaves a broken website.
