Publish your website
Publish it
Section titled “Publish it”- Open your website and press “Publish”, at the top right.
- In the window that opens, press “Publish”.
“Publish” is also in “Online”, under “Publish”.
Your website is checked, built and put online at its address. It takes about a minute. You see each step: “Building your site…”, “Checking every page…”, “Packing the files…”, “Sending the files…” and “Making it live…”.
When it is done, Tsurito says “Your site is live”. Press “Open” to see it in your browser, or share the address.
The first time: confirm your email
Section titled “The first time: confirm your email”Before anything goes on the internet, we ask you to confirm your email address once.
- Press “Send me a code”.
- Open the email we send you.
- Type the code in “Code” and press “Confirm”.
Tsurito says “Thank you, your email address is confirmed.” You can also do this in “Settings”, under “Account”.
What you confirm when you publish
Section titled “What you confirm when you publish”Under “Publish” you read: by publishing, you confirm that this website is yours to publish, that you hold the rights to its texts, images and brands, that it breaks no law and carries nothing illegal, violent or pornographic, and that it follows our terms. If it does not, we may take it down and close your account. Nothing to tick: pressing “Publish” is your word.
A last look from your assistant
Section titled “A last look from your assistant”Before your website goes online, your assistant reads what it says and looks only for what would be against the law. While it reads, Tsurito says, for example, “Claude Code is taking a last look…”. It takes a moment, on your own subscription.
- Almost always, the website is published.
- If your assistant finds something that could be against the law, the website is not published, and Tsurito tells you what it found. If this is a mistake, change the text and press “Try again”, or press “Write to us” and a person will look at it.
- If your assistant cannot answer just now, the website is published anyway.
Things worth knowing
Section titled “Things worth knowing”Sometimes Tsurito says “Your site is ready to go live. A few things are worth knowing first; they do not stop it, and you decide.” and lists them. Press “Publish anyway” to publish it as it is, “Ask my assistant to fix it” to hand the list to your assistant in a new task, or “Not now”.
The gallery
Section titled “The gallery”The publish window also asks about the gallery, with “Show this site in the gallery”. The box starts as your website is now: ticked if it is in the gallery, unticked if not. Untick it to take the website out with this publication. Read Your free address, the badge and the gallery.
Publish again after a change
Section titled “Publish again after a change”Changes you make stay on your computer. Beside the four places at the top of your website, you always see where it is:
- “Only on this computer”: it has never been published.
- “Live”: what is on the internet is what is on your computer.
- “Live, with changes not published”: you have changes that people cannot see yet.
- “A newer version is online”: you published from another computer.
To put your changes online, press “Publish” again. Each publication becomes a new version. Read Versions and going back.

Your published websites appear in “Websites”, at the top right, under “In your account, not on this computer”. Press “Bring to this computer”. On a computer with no websites yet, the first screen shows them under “Bring one from your account”.
If you publish from one computer, the other one says “A newer version is online”. Press “Bring the newer version” to replace what is there. What is here now stays in its history, and Undo brings it back. Or press “Keep what is here”, and publish it when you are ready.
