An account can be deleted only when none of its websites has a subscription that renews. Until then, Tsurito says, for example, “2 of your websites still have a monthly subscription. Cancel them first, and then the account can be deleted.” A subscription you have already cancelled does not hold it back, but a website still paid until a date comes off the internet the day you delete, and those days are not returned; the extras of its period so far are still charged when the period ends. A payment still open on Polar’s page holds the account back until it is done or has expired. Read Cancel, reactivate or manage your subscription.
