Your account is paused or closed

While we look into something serious about an account, we may pause it until a date we tell you. A person always decides this.

When you try to publish, Tsurito says: “Your account is paused while we look into something, so nothing can go on the internet from it for now.” It may also say by which day we will have decided.

While your account is paused:

  • its websites are off the internet;
  • nothing can be published, connected or sent from it;
  • your subscriptions stay as they are.

You can still:

  • sign in and see your account;
  • work on your websites on your computer;
  • download a copy of your account;
  • delete a website;
  • delete your account with “Delete my account” in “Settings”, under “Your data”.

We write to you by email with what we are looking at, and by when. When the pause ends, everything it took comes back, and we tell you.

We may close an account that breaks our rules for what may be published. A person always decides this.

Tsurito says: “Your account has been closed, so nothing can go on the internet from it any more.”

When an account is closed:

  • its websites go off the internet, with no end date;
  • nothing more can be published, connected or sent from it;
  • the subscription of each website is cancelled at the end of the period already paid;
  • any early access is withdrawn.

Everything you made stays on your computer. You can still download a copy of your account and delete it with “Delete my account” in “Settings”, under “Your data”. We keep the email address of a closed account, so that it cannot be opened again.

Reply to the email we sent you. A person reads every answer. You can also go to an out-of-court dispute settlement body, or to the courts.
