A page looks wrong
Describe what you see
Section titled “Describe what you see”The quickest way is to ask your assistant.
- Open “Tasks” and press “New task”.
- Press “Fix something that looks wrong”. The box starts with “Something looks wrong: ”.
- Say which page, where on the page, and what you see. For example: “Something looks wrong: on the contact page, the map is below the footer.”
- Press “Send”.
If it looks wrong only on a phone, say so.
Undo the last change
Section titled “Undo the last change”If a page looked right before your last change, press “Undo the last change” at the top of the task.
The preview does not load
Section titled “The preview does not load”If “Website” says “The preview did not load”, press the reload button at the top right. If the website says “Something went wrong”, press “Try again”.
It looks right on my computer, and wrong on the internet
Section titled “It looks right on my computer, and wrong on the internet”- Check that you published your latest changes. If your website says “Live, with changes not published”, press “Publish”.
- Wait a minute and reload the page in your browser.
The website on the internet is wrong since the last publication
Section titled “The website on the internet is wrong since the last publication”A website with a subscription can go back to an earlier version at once. Read Versions and going back. Then fix the problem on your computer and publish again.
Visitors see a short note instead of the website
Section titled “Visitors see a short note instead of the website”- A free website that reached its 5,000 page views rests until the next month. Read Limits and extras.
- A free website reported by three different people for a scam, something illegal or adult content rests until we have read the reports. Read Report a website.
- If we have taken a website off the internet, visitors cannot see it. We have written to you by email.
An update may help
Section titled “An update may help”Your website stands on the Tsurito base: sections, styles and checks we keep improving. With “Advanced” on in “Settings”, under “Advanced”, “Online” shows “Built with Tsurito”. There, if there is an update, press “Bring the update”: your pages, words and photos do not change, and you can go back until you publish.
