Cancel, reactivate or manage your subscription

We are sorry to see you go, and thank you for trusting us with your website. Cancelling is simple.

  1. Open the website and choose “Online”.
  2. Under “Subscription”, press “Cancel this website’s subscription”.
  3. Read what the website has with its subscription, and what happens after.
  4. If you would like to, tell us the main reason. This is optional.
  5. Press “Cancel subscription”. To keep it, press “Not now”.

We send you an email to confirm it.

  • The website keeps everything until the end of the period already paid. “Online” says, for example, “Its subscription is cancelled. Everything stays as it is until 26 October 2026.”
  • Nothing is refunded for the days left.
  • After that day, it carries on as a free website on our address, with the badge and its latest version.
  • Your domain stops pointing to it. Your domain stays yours.
  • If you already have 3 free websites online, it goes offline instead. It stays safe on your computer, and you can publish it again whenever you like.
  • Extras it has already had, such as page views beyond those included, are charged on the day its subscription ends. “Online”, under “This month”, says how much and when.

Cancelling one website does not change your other websites.

We write to you seven days before the end, unless you cancel within those seven days, and again on the day it ends.

Changed your mind? Until the end of the period, you can press “Reactivate subscription” in “Online”. It renews on the same day as before, and nothing is charged until then.

After the end, start a new subscription with “Publish this website with your domain”.

Your card, your invoices and your subscription

Section titled “Your card, your invoices and your subscription”

Press “Manage subscription” in “Online”. It opens your subscription page at Polar, our payment partner, in your browser. There you can:

  • change your card;
  • see and download your invoices;
  • see your subscription.

To add or cancel a website, use “Online” in Tsurito, not the subscription page.

Polar writes to you by email with a link to update your card, and so do we, once. Meanwhile, your websites keep everything. If every try fails, the subscription ends and the websites go back to free, or go offline if your account already has its 3 free websites online.

As a consumer in the European Union you can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of starting it, without giving a reason, from “Online” under “Subscription”. Read Right of withdrawal.
